D. Zentil Mechanical was established in 1980 and quickly rose to become one of the leading mechanical contractors in the Greater Toronto Area. Over its 38-year history, the company earned a reputation for excellence by forming strong, long-term relationships with premier developers and property managers, successfully delivering numerous high-profile mechanical services projects across Southern Ontario.
In 2018, D. Zentil Mechanical merged with Encorp Mechanical Inc., combining decades of proven industry expertise with fresh energy and modern thinking. The result is Zencorp Mechanical Inc., a company that blends legacy and innovation to meet the evolving needs of today’s construction and building maintenance landscape.
